Problematics: How can we discuss freedom of expression/free speech as a fundamental human right, a very hot issue at the moment worldwide, both on the latest occurrences of the social network X (formerly Twitter) and its recent blocking in Brazil, the arrest of the CEO of the Telegram APP in France, etc.), the limits of the international law, the abuse of power, the pros and cons, the CBDC's...? What does the future hold?
Problématique: Comment discuter de la liberté d'expression en tant que droit humain fondamental, un sujet très chaud en ce moment dans le monde entier, à la fois sur les derniers événements du réseau social X (anciennement Twitter) et son récent blocage au Brésil, l'arrestation du PDG de L'APP Telegram en France, etc.), les limites du droit international, l'abus de pouvoir, le pour et le contre, les CBDCs... ? Que nous réserve l'avenir ?
Problemática: Como podemos discutir a liberdade de expressão como um direito humano fundamental, um problema muito quente neste momento a nível mundial, tanto sobre as ultimas ocorrências da rede social X (antigo Twitter) e o seu recente bloqueio no Brasil, a prisão do CEO do aplicativo Telegram em França, etc.), os limites do direito internacional, o abuso de poder, os prós e os contras, os CBDC's...? O que é que o futuro nos reserva?
